Work Bitch Warm Up: Play the song “Work Bitch” by Britney Spears

-Do jumping jacks during the song

-Every time you hear *work* do an air squat

-When you hear “hold your head high” (i will also point out when), do situps every time you hear *high* or *higher*

-Air squats when they say *work* still applies

25 min AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

10 push ups

10 single leg RDL/side

12 reverse burpees

15 elevated hip bridges

25 air squats
